NOBLE aims to provide buyers with real product reviews from their friends and connections. By leveraging a buyer's social graphs, NOBLE identifies users within their LinkedIn connections, Slack groups, Discord communities, and phone/email contacts. This allows buyers to directly chat with their contacts about their experiences with the seller's products, enabling them to make informed purchasing decisions.
To facilitate this "real-life phone-a-friend" experience, sellers share their customer list with NOBLE, specifying the typical personas/titles of their buyers. If a buyer doesn't have anyone in their network who uses the product, NOBLE will identify 2nd degree connections who are users and make it easy for the mutual connection to introduce them. Additionally, NOBLE works with the seller's customer advisory board (CAB) to opt-in customers to chat with buyers who don't have 2nd degree connections. The frequency of conversations can be limited based on the CAB member's preference, creating a safety net for buyers.
With NOBLE, buyers can quickly evaluate the products they need while amplifying word of mouth for sellers, leading to increased and accelerated sales. Say goodbye to uncertainty and make confident purchasing decisions with the help of NOBLE.
